How To Order And Pay For Products via Payfast (www.payfast.co.za)

Click the "Add to cart" button (on the product page) , then click "Continue Shopping"  if you would like to buy/add more products.  Once you are happy with the item(s) in your Shopping Cart,  Click on the "Checkout" link in the lower right corner. Fill in all your necessary contact and delivery details, choose shipping method, click "Continue".

You will be redirected to payfast where you can choose your payment method (click here to learn more about payfast payment methods). You will see our VERIFIED BY PAYFAST status when paying (you may also contact payfast to verify). Payfast will guide you through the payment process, then return you back to you order information. The following day you will receive your tracking number.

PayFast is committed to keeping you and your information secure. We have a multitude of checks in place to protect both buyers and sellers from fraudulent transactions.

 

 

  • We use Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this, the highest, level of encryption currently available.
  • 3D Secure is in place for all credit card transactions.
  • All sensitive info is encrypted within our own database.
  • We run penetration testing on our system on a weekly basis to look for vulnerabilities. We are only required to do it once every three months, but we run it every week.
  • Our entire site, blog and help site are served off secure servers, making it harder to perpetrate phishing attacks.
  • We also have an excellent monitoring system that does, among other things: GEO IP tracking, velocity testing, BIN/IIN validation and checks against online databases.

We recommend chosing Postnet or Fastway at checkout instead of Normal Post and Speed Service because of regular SAPO strikes, loss or damage of products etc. but we will insure all  shipping for free and we will replace any product that is lost or broken during delivery (only for postnet and courier).

A tracking number will be sent the same day or the following day after payment clears,  but please allow 1 to 2 working days, most of the time orders are sent the following day depending on the time the order was received, excluding weekends and public holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We will ensure that parcels arrive safely to you,  but we can NOT be held responsible for any courier delay due to your area or our area's courier depot because we do not have control over the courier or transist time.

You may also request recent tracking numbers of other clients in your local area or closest to you, to determine the delivery route and time-frame.

Currently we only ship to South Africa and the following neighbeouring  countries: Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe. Orders can still be placed for addresses outside of these areas, however we will need to get a quote for delivery to your country.

If you have not received your package after 5 days  via a courier/postnet/speed service or 7 days via normal post, there could be a problem with delivery. Please contact us so we can follow up with the couriers. If there's is no tracking information provided after 3 days then please contact Us to check with our dispatch.

Pre-orders can take anywhere from 7-12 work days to be delivered to our offices, thereafter normal delivery times apply.

Our pre-order service is a "best effort" service which means that we will do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you before 15 work days - however if things do go awry you can rest assured that we will keep you informed.

Payment - payment for pre-orders will be taken when your order is placed. Once payment has been received you order is confirmed and stock is allocated.

Delivery - once your imported pre-order is delivered to our offices, we will the dispatch it to you and send you the tracking number. We will dispatch your order based on the original delivery method selected when the order was placed, i.e. courier or postal service.

 

RETUNRS AND REFUND POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

NOTE: HCG is tempetature sensitive and needs to be refrigirated at all times, so returns must be within 7 days of delivery via next day courier at buyer's cost. HCG will be tested for potency on arrival to make sure it was stored as required during those days.
You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper
, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. If you need to return an item, simply contact us. If you need to exchange, simply email info@buyhcg.ci.za, include: your name, order number, the items you would like exchanged, and a customer support representative will get back with you shortly to get you the items you've requested.
